Items may be returned within 3 days from the date your item is delivered. If more than 3 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
ALL sales on sale items (marked down) and Customized/Monogram items are final. We do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds on any of these items. Including Flash Friday
Refunds/Exchanges will be issued only after item is returned in its as-shipped condition with original tags (if attached) still attached. Anything other than new condition will not be accepted, and will not be eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. Item/s MUST still be in new, unworn condition!

Whereas Ask Apparel offers free shipping on all items, we do not offer to pay for any return shipping. All return labels, fees, and packaging will be your responsibility.
ASK Apparel LLC does not manufacture or warranty the garment itself. We only decorate it (i.e. professional screen print, sublimation, embroider, etc.), therefore, we only warranty the PRINT itself (30 days or 4 proper washes, Whichever comes first). We (ASK) cannot guarantee the quality or condition of the garment itself (I.e. seams, holes, pockets, sleeves, fit, etc,). Although we do our best quality assurance before we send out your item, we may occasionally miss things.
Garment manufacturer washing instructions are typically located on the garment tag (at the back of the neck or inside the shirt in the side seam), or their individual websites. ASK Apparel, LLC recommended washing instructions are as follows: (wash inside out with cold water and light spin. Hang to dry). ASK Apparel, LLC is not responsible for shrinking garments (if you’ve ever bought clothing, you know it shrinks), Nor is ASK Apparel LLC responsible for garments and/or graphic/lettering damaged from improper washing/drying. Such as washing right side out with jeans or other items with things such as metal zippers and buttons. We are not responsible for staining to white or light colored garments due to washing with color garments.
All bleached items are individually hand bleached and the bleach can occasionally bleed through to the back of the garment, or onto other areas of the garment. We do not offer returns or refunds on any item where the bleach has bled through to other parts of the garment.
Additionally, all bleached items undergo a bleach/wash/dry cycle before shipment. Many (not all) of our tie dye items are also done by hand in house. We use the same dyes that all shirts are colored with. All tie dye items also undergo a wash/dry cycle.
ALLERY WARNING: It is highly recommended that you thoroughly wash the garments yourself before wearing them, particularly if you have any bleach, detergent, or fabric softener sensitivities or allergies. Ask Apparel, LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions or otherwise due to bleach, dyes, detergents, or fabric softeners. (we use Clorox bleach, purex detergent, and bounce dryer sheets 99% of the time). The Other 1% of the time, we use other brands that you could be sensitive to or allergic to. We are not responsible for any reactions or sensitivities to the products either. By purchasing any product from Ask Apparel, L.L.C. you accept and agree to these terms.
ASK Apparel LLC will not refund your order or be responsible for any re-shipping fee should your item/s be lost in the mail or returned to us due to you providing a wrong shipping address. Please be sure to check your information and/or update your Ask Apparel Account information and/or your PayPal, Apple Pay, GooglePay, ShopPay, etc. information if your address has recently changed. Additionally, Ask Apparel LLC offers the option to purchase shipping insurance through “ShipTection” at a low fee in the event your item never arrives, or arrives damaged.. you’re covered!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is accepted, received, and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be shipped or a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Should it be rejected, we will either email a shipping invoice to you to return the item/s to you once the invoice is paid (we will not pay for the shipping), or we will keep the item and dispose of it or donate it on your behalf and you will be responsible for placing a new order for the replacement item at full price. The 2 options will be at your discretion.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you have not received your refund yet within 5 days of us issuing the refund, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded/exchanged, unfortunately sale items (including Flash Friday) cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstance.
You (the customer) will be responsible for paying all return shipping fees for returning your item. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of item (and only if unwashed, unworn, and with original tags). Return Shipping costs are non-refundable.
There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
Depending on your location, transit time of your exchanged/replaced product may vary. We (Ask Apparel, LLC) do not guarantee any arrival date/time.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We Do Not guarantee that we will receive your returned item once it enters the possession of the parcel carrier. Ask Apparel will not reimburse the cost should the item become lost.

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
