Q. Where are you located?

A. We are located in Heber Springs, Arkansas, USA.

 

Q. Will your shirts shrink?

A. Yes they can. Most of our garments contain cotton. Cotton is an organic material that is prone to shrinkage (particularly if washed in hot water and/or heat dried). You can minimize shrinkage by washing inside out in cold water and hanging to dry. We don’t actually make the shirts, we just print on them. Any shrinkage issues should be taken up with the garment manufacturer. 

 

Q. Do you ship?

A. Yes. We ship to all 50 states within the United States.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, to Canada only

 

Q. Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

A. Yes 

 

Q. How do you ship?

A. We ship USPS and UPS

 

Q. What does shipping cost?

A. Shipping is carrier calculated for orders under $50.00.

 

Q. Do you offer free shipping?

A. Yes. Purchases of $50 and above qualify for free shipping. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)

 

Q. Can I pick up in person?

A. Yes. You can pick up at our Heber Springs store. Select "Pick Up In Store" at checkout to waive shipping fee (for local residents who intend to pick up in our brick and mortar store only).

A. For residents in Pangburn, AR we can arrange for you to pickup in Pangburn. Please select "Pangburn pickup" at checkout. Contact us via the "contact us" page for instructions on how to pickup. 

 

Q. Do you sell anything other than apparel?

A. Yes! We are currently adding many new boutique items to our site. Be sure to keep an eye out for new arrivals!

 

Q. Do you Carry children’s apparel?

A. No

 

Q. Do you do custom orders?

A. We are not offering custom orders at this time, however you can find many customizable items here on our website. Just check out our "customizable" collection.

 

Q. How do the shirts fit?

A. Most of our shirts are unisex sizing and fit true to size, but can vary slightly depending on brand. Please request a size chart if you want exact specifications.

 

Q. What materials/brands do you use?

A. We work with  sublimation, embroidery, and screen printing. We try to use only the highest quality shirts. We primarily use brands such as Bella+Canvas, American Apparel, Next Level Apparel, Comfort Colors, Anvil, LAT, Jerzees, Gildan to name a few. 

 

Q. Do you offer embroidery?

A. Yes! We are happy to announce that we now offer embroidered items!

 

Q. Do you accept COD?

A. No 

 

Q. Can I return/exchange?

A. Only if you meet the criteria in our return policy (within 30 days from purchase date, in new condition, tags still attached, etc). Please read return policy before attempting a return.

 

Q.  Do you offer insurance?

A.  Yes. We offer insurance via “Route”. Select the toggle in your cart to protect your shipment.


Q. Do you offer a payment plan? 

A.  Yes, you may make payments via SEZZLE. Just select it at checkout.

Q. Is my payment secure?

A. Yes. Our site is protected by Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (the https:// you see in the address bar). Our site also uses Shopify as our website hosting platform. Your payments are processed through Shop Pay. They offer many layers of protection (visit their website for further details). PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Sezzle are also available (each having they’re own security measures).
