Q. Where are you located?

A. We are located in Heber Springs, Arkansas, USA.

 

Q. Do you ship?

A. Yes. We ship to all 50 states within the United States.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, to Canada only

 

Q. Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

A. Yes 

 

Q. How do you ship?

A. We ship USPS and UPS

 

Q. Do you offer free shipping?

A. Yes. All orders on are website ship for FREE. (excluding Canada). Canada shipping fee will be based on order size. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

 

Q. What’s your lead time?

A. Typically our lead time is 1 to 3 business days from the day you order to the day we ship your order.

 

Q. What is transit time?

A. Transit time will be estimated at the time your order is shipped. Many variables can affect transit time such as weekends, inclement weather, carrier processing speed, whether or not the order was shipped before cutoff time (typically 3:00pm central time), or any other unforeseen circumstance out of our control.

 

Q. Can I pick up in person?

A. We are no longer offering in-person pick up as an option on our website. ALL orders will be shipped!

 

Q. Why am I being charged tax?

Ask Apparel is based in Arkansas. Per Nexus laws, we have to charge all Arkansas residents tax. Since we do not meet Nexus thresholds in any other state, residents of those states will not be charged tax on our website at this time. 

If you order from our store through Facebook or Instagram, you will be charged tax no matter what state you live in per Marketplace Facilitator Laws that Facebook (Meta) must abide by (they have to charge you sales tax, not Ask Apparel)

 

Q. Will your shirts shrink?

A. Yes they can. Most of our garments contain cotton. Cotton is an organic material that is prone to shrinkage (particularly if washed in hot water and/or heat dried). You can minimize shrinkage and protect the graphic by washing inside out in cold water and hanging to dry. We don’t actually manufacture the garments, we just print on them. Any excessive shrinkage issues is out of our control and not guaranteed by us.

 

Q. Do you sell anything other than apparel?

A. Yes! We sell hats, accessories, and drinkware as well.  Every now and then we may run a special product for a limited time, so be sure you subscribe to our newsletter so you don’t miss out!

Q. Do you Carry youth sizes?

A. Seldom, but occasionally. Please check our “youth” collection for what we have available.

 

Q. Do you do custom orders?

A. We are no longer offering custom items, however you can find many “customizable items” here on our website. Just check out our "customizable" collection.

 

Q. How do the shirts fit?

A. Most of our shirts are unisex sizing and fit true to size, but can vary slightly depending on brand. Please see or request the size chart if you want exact specifications.

 

Q. What materials/brands do you use?

A. We work with  sublimation, embroidery, direct to film, and screen printing. We try to use only the highest quality shirts. We primarily use brands such as Bella+Canvas, American Apparel, Next Level Apparel, Comfort Colors, Anvil, LAT, Jerzees, Gildan to name a few. 

 

Q. Do you offer embroidery?

A. Yes! We offer embroidered items!

 

Q. Do you accept COD?

A. No

 

Q. Do you offer NET terms?

A. No, but payment options such as Sezzle and ShopPay are available on our site. 

 

Q. Can I return/exchange?

A. Only if you meet the criteria in our return policy. Please read return policy before attempting a return.

Q.  Do you offer shipping insurance?

A.  Yes. We offer insurance via “ShipTection”. Select it in your cart to protect your shipment.


Q. Do you offer a payment plan? 

A.  Yes, you may make payments via SEZZLE, Just select it at checkout. Shop Pay is also available. 

Q. Is my payment secure?

A. Yes. Our site is protected by Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (the https:// you see in the address bar). Our site also uses Shopify as our website hosting platform. Your payments are processed through Shop Pay. They offer many layers of protection (visit their website for further details). PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Sezzle are also available (each having they’re own security measures).
