Welcome to ASK Apparel’s FAQ page! We’re covering our most asked questions. We’ll answer all your top questions in the list below.

1. Where are you located?
We are located in Central, Arkansas, USA.
2. Do you ship?
Yes. We ship to all 50 states within the United States (Including Washington DC).
3. Do you ship internationally?
We do on occasion, but typically only to Canada or Mexico.
4. Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, We ship to all 50 states.
5. How do you ship?
We ship either USPS and UPS domestically (typically FedEx to international).
6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders on our website ship for FREE only within the United States. International shipping WILL NOT be free. International shipping fees will be based on order size. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
7. What’s your lead time?
Typically our lead time is 1 to 3 business days from the day you order to the day we ship your order, but lead time can be extended during busy season.
8. What transit time?
Transit time will be estimated at the time your order is shipped by the carrier. But many variables can affect transit time and cause delays such as weekends, inclement weather, carrier processing speed, whether or not the order was shipped before cutoff time (typically 3:00pm central U.S. time), or any other unforeseen circumstance out of our control.
9. Do you offer Next Day or 2 Day shipping?
No. We do not have the ability to keep every SKU in stock, therefore your order is on a print-on-demand basis, so lead time will typically be 1-3 days from the day your order is placed. We can ship next day or 2 day once your items is ready to ship (after the lead time). If you desire this, please contact us and we will invoice you for the additional (rush) shipping fee.
10. Can I pick up in person?
We are no longer offering in-person pick up as an option on our website. ALL orders placed on our website/App will be shipped!
11. Why am I being charged tax?
Ask Apparel is based in Arkansas. Per Nexus laws, we have to charge all Arkansas residents sales tax. Since we do not meet Nexus thresholds in any other state, residents of those states will not be charged tax on our website at this time.
If you order from our store through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok Seller Center you will be charged tax no matter what state you live in per "Marketplace Facilitator" Laws that TikTok and Facebook/Instagram (Meta) must abide by. They legally have to charge you sales tax, not Ask Apparel. Another marketplace facilitator that must charge you tax that ask apparel use is Etsy. Marketplace facilitators we do not currently use, but may use in the future are Amazon and Ebay.
12. Will your shirts shrink?
Yes they can. Most of our garments contain cotton. Cotton is an organic material that is prone to shrinkage (particularly if washed in hot water and/or heat dried). You can minimize shrinkage and protect the graphic by washing inside out in cold water and hanging to dry. We don’t actually manufacture the garments, we just print on them. Any excessive shrinkage issues is out of our control and not guaranteed by us.
13. Do you sell anything other than apparel?
Yes! Currently we sell hats and accessories as well. Every now and then we may run a special product for a limited time, so be sure you subscribe to our newsletter so you don’t miss out!
14. Do you tell Tumblers, Mugs, or any other drinkware?
Yes! These are considered custom orders and are made to order. Email us your order today!
15. Do you Carry youth sizes?
Yes!

17. How do the shirts fit?
Most of our shirts are unisex sizing and fit true to size, but can vary slightly depending on brand. Please see or request the size chart if you want exact specifications.
18. Some of your items say “DTF Printed”. What is that?
“DTF” stands for "Direct To Film". It’s basically the same a screen printing except a special printer prints a water base ink onto a special film. The image printed onto the film is then heat pressed onto the garment. This makes it possible to do multicolored prints (even portraits) onto any garment of any color at a reasonable price! THIS IS NOT THE SAME AS VINYL OR SUBLIMATION!!!
19. What materials/brands do you use when printing?
We work with dye sublimation, embroidery, direct to film (DTF), and screen printing. We try to use only the highest quality shirts. We primarily use brands such as Bella+Canvas, American Apparel, Next Level Apparel, Comfort Colors, Comfort Wash, LAT, Jerzees, Gildan, Port & Co. just to name a few.
20. Do you offer embroidery?
Yes! We offer embroidered items! Can can find many of them on the website.
21. Do you accept COD?
No.
22. Do you offer NET terms or payment plans?
No NET TERMS are offered, but payment options such as Sezzle, AfterPay, CashApp, ApplePay, and ShopPay are available!
23. Can I return/exchange?
Only if you meet the criteria in our return policy. Please read return policy before attempting a return.
24. Do you offer shipping insurance?
Yes. We offer insurance via “ShipTection”. Select it in your cart to protect your shipment. ShipTection not available on our mobile App.
25. Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our site is protected by Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (the https:// you see in the address bar). Our site also uses Shopify as our website hosting platform. Your payments are processed through Stripe Pay. They offer many layers of protection (visit their website for further details). ShopPay, MetaPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Sezzle are also available (each having they’re own security measures). Please visit their website to review the security measures they have in place. We (Ask Apparel, LLC) cannot see any of your payment information. It is completely hidden and secure, even from us.
