• Most (not all) items on our website are made to order (Meaning we only print the item AFTER your order is placed). 
• Lead time is typically 1 - 3 (up to 7 during peak season) business days from order date until we actually ship your item. 
• Flash Friday items will be ready 5 to 7 business days from order date!
• Typical business days are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and weekends)
• Transit time may vary depending on shipping address, holidays, inclement weather, and any unforeseen interruptions with the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or any other carrier service.
• We currently ship all of our products USPS and UPS.
• We only ship to the United States and (occasionally) Canada.
  
• We ship to all 50 states within the United States
• Shipping is FREE to all 50 of the United States.
• Free Shipping is not available to Canada. Rates to Canada are carrier based on size and weight.  
  
  
• Shipping insurance can be purchased via “Shipsurance” to protect your order from loss or damage. “ShipTection” can be selected within your cart at checkout. 

Items may be returned within 3 days from the date your item is delivered. If more than 3 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

ALL sales on sale items (marked down) and Customized/Monogram items are final. We do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds on any of these items. Including Flash Friday

Refunds/Exchanges will be issued only after item is returned in its as-shipped condition with original tags (if attached) still attached. Anything other than new condition will not be accepted, and will not be eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. Item/s MUST still be in new, unworn condition!
